After viewing our tutorial on Quick Notifications, a Sage CRM user from Australia inquired how we had managed to change the color of the word “Notification” to red. After investigating, I found that we hadn’t done anything to change the color, the issue is that the Quick Notification tutorial was based on a 6.x version and in 7.1, the word “Notification” is no longer red, it’s now dark grey. I agree with our web visitor from Australia, that the old color was much more noticeable.
